Our History

In July 2002 Tami J. Recesso, PT, MPT, DPT announced the grand opening of Recesso Physical Therapy, LLC, at this time was located within the World Gym in Plaistow, NH.  Thanks to our satisfied Physicians, Friends, and Clients we were able to EXPAND into a much larger building in 2006 on Garden Road in Plaistow. 

We continue to improve our clinic to meet the growing needs of our clients. In 2011 we announced the Grand Opening of the Wellness Center at Recesso Physical Therapy located downstairs from our main clinic.  We are presently offering pilates reformer classes which targets the core and strengthens the extremities at the same time! 

In 2018 we opened our second location within Boston Sports Club Methuen Mass (formerly Latitudes Sports Club).  We are proud to offer both land and pool therapy in the Merrimack Valley inside a beautiful fitness facility.
