Founder Recesso Physical Therapy & We've Got Your Back PT Pilates & Wellness
Dr. Tami Recesso is a manual physical therapy specialist with over 30 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and more than 24 years as a practice owner. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University and her Masters of Physical Therapy from Notre Dame College, after beginning her career as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, she specializes in orthopedic and sports-related injuries, with advanced expertise in complex spine conditions. Physicians frequently refer challenging cases to her for evaluation and treatment using her proprietary DocTami Method, a root-cause manual therapy and osteopathic-based approach focused on long-term, sustainable results.
An international educator and author of The Art of Manual Therapy: A Root Cause Treatment Guide available on Amazon. Dr. Recesso has taught her clinical protocols to healthcare professionals worldwide and served on the medical team for the 2000 Sydney Olympics. She is also the founder of DocTami.com, an innovative platform offering education, guided exercise, and self-treatment strategies to support natural pain alleviation techniques. Dr. Recesso remains dedicated to advancing manual physical therapy while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Dr Brandon Chagnon PT, DPT
Dr. Brandon, a New England native, has a lifelong passion for health and wellness. A former professional MMA fighter, avid weightlifter, and personal trainer, he earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from University of Massachusetts Lowell and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University.
After relocating to Alaska to treat underserved pediatric populations, he returned to New England and is proud to be part of the team at Recesso Physical Therapy, where he is thoroughly enjoying serving the community. Dr. Brandon brings a strong performance-based background and a patient-centered approach to rehabilitation treating individuals of all ages.

Leslie Parker, PT, MPT
Leslie Parker PT, MPT is a board certified physical therapist licensed in Massachusetts, NH, and Maine. She graduated from Notre Dame College in 2000 with her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. She brings over 26 years of experience as a Pelvic Floor Therapist and also a private practice owner. She published "The Art of Control" to help women improve their pelvic health. She offers specialty services in dry needling, facial guasha skin rejuvenation, and manual physical therapy services in our Exeter NH location.

Margaryt "Maggie" McGarry PTA
Maggie McGarry is a licensed board-certified physical therapy assistant who specializes in not only satisfying your physical therapy needs, but making you feel good about it. She has a determined nature and a kindness that is palpable. She is committed to your success and helping you reach your goals quickly and efficiently! She is an amazing provider and has glowing reviews among our client base.

Karli DeSouza, PT, sDPT
Karli is a compassionate physical therapist who earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Franklin Pierce University. A former hockey and softball athlete, she developed a deep appreciation for functional movement, injury recovery, and the body’s ability to adapt and thrive. She is known for her warm, personable nature and her ability to connect with patients of all ages, creating a supportive and motivating rehabilitation environment.
Her clinical strengths include movement assessment, individualized exercise programming, patient education, and a preventative approach to long-term wellness. With experience leading Pilates Reformer–based sessions to improve mobility, core stability, and balanced movement, Karli is passionate about helping individuals return confidently to the activities they love while promoting healthy, sustainable movement and improved quality of life.
