Dr.Tami J. Recesso
PT, DPT, MPT
Owner of Recesso Physical Therapy for over 23 years, Dr. Recesso earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in 2009. Graduated from Notre Dame College in 2001 with her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. Practiced outpatient orthopedics as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 1995 after earning her Associates degree from North Shore Community College. She has over 27 years of extensive manual therapy and outpatient orthopedic experience. Dr. Recesso is licensed and board certified in both NH and Massachusetts. Her entire team is committed to providing the highest quality in manual therapy healthcare! Specializing in orthopedic injuries from general sprains and strains to sport related injuries emphasizing manual therapy and osteopathic techniques. Dr Recesso prides herself and her team in being spine specialists. Many physicians will send their most complex cases to Dr Recesso to deduce the hidden culprit of their pain and help alleviate it naturally without unnecessary pain injections, surgeries, and opiods.
Dr Recesso's past experiences include volunteering for 3 months as part of the Olympic and Paralympic Medical Team in Sydney Australia at the 2000 summer games. She is passionate about manual Physical Therapy and feels blessed to have an incredibly competent and gifted team. Quality care and superb customer service are their number one priorities! All of our patients are treated like family!

Dr Brandon Chagnon
PT, DPT
Dr Brandon was born and raised in New England most of his life. He has always had a passion for health and wellness. Being an avid weight lifter, personal trainer, and a former professional MMA fighter he wanted to enhance his education with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Brandon completed his undergraduate degree in Exercise physiology at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. He completed his graduate degree at the prestigious A.T. Still University in Mesa. Arizona. After being in the desert for three years he set his sights on moving to Alaska with his family and treated the underserved pediatric population in beautiful Alaska.
With the birth of Brandon's daughter, he and his wife chose to move home to be closer to family. Brandon is excited to be the newest addition to the Recesso PT team!
Margaryt "Maggie" McGarry

Maggie McGarry is a licensed board-certified physical therapy assistant who specializes in not only satisfying your physical therapy needs, but making you feel good about it. She has a gentle touch with a determined nature... she wants you not only to get better but to feel better! Her skills and sunny disposition are pointed in the direction of you feeling better about yourself and your therapy!
Catherine Caissie
PTA
Catherine is a dedicated healthcare professional with dual licenses in massage therapy and physical therapy as an assistant. Her interest in massage therapy was sparked during her time as a Physical Therapy Assistant, where she witnessed firsthand the profound impact manual therapy can have on clients' lives. This inspired her to pursue a career in massage therapy, deepening her commitment to other's holistic well-being.
Catherine specializes in postural restoration and through her training in this approach, she has adapted her massage techniques to include manual therapy methods such as strain-counterstrain and deep tissue promoting a neuro-muscular response. This adaptive approach allows her to alleviate symptoms effectively, and can be used also when deep pressure is not tolerated or when clients’ central nervous systems are charged up.
Catherine believes in the importance of medical relaxation. She utilizes modalities that promote this, including Swedish massage, hot stone, or hot salt stone therapies, creating a soothing experience that fosters relaxation and overall well-being. She is currently getting certified in lymphatic drainage, and can soon be offering this as well.
Outside of her professional life, Catherine enjoys music, outdoors and water activities.

From the South: From route 495 in Haverhill take the Route 125 North Plaistow exit. Continue straight on 125 north. Take a right on to Chandler Avenue after Bank of America. Take your first left on to Garden Road. We are number 11 mustard yellow building.
From the North: Route 125 South. At the Walmart entrance lights STAY IN THE FAR LEFT LANE and take a U TURN at the lights. You will then be on route 125 North, take your first right on to Garden Road. We are number 11 just past Coco & Early Realty
